Artist focus workshop: Van Gogh Inspired
Last week in July we are going to choose four works by Van Gogh and use them as inspiration to create our own version of the paintings. The great master’s paintings hold a number of lessons in color, stroke, and composition.

I’ve been working on this one for a couple of days now, and it forced me to go through all the stages: I have a great idea – this isn’t turning out how I planned it – this is awful, should I restart? – huh, maybe there is something to it – I think it’s going to be okay – I should stop, before I ruin it.
